Your training program will consist of an 8 week or 12 week cycle which includes 4 training days with guidance on how to adjust your program for 3 days based on your specific goal.

Based on your endurance goal, the endurance training will be structured around these days, again specific to you.

This is not only a training opportunity, it’s a huge learning opportunity so you can incorporate endurance + strength with confidence and guidance from a specialized coach.

  • Either a full gym or a gym that has a light and heavy set of dumbbells, a barbell, weights, and a pull up rack.

    If this does not work for you, please contact me as I have another training option for you!

  • The training program is designed for 3 days of lifting with an optional day 4.

    Plus 2 Zone 2 cardio days.

  • The simple answer yes.

    The more complex answer. This will add an additional challenge as protein is harder to come by. However, with the right approach, the right mindset, and some guidance, we can make it work.
