Every single woman I speak with wants to look toned {muscle definition} & feel good in their body.

Canyonlands Ultra

50 Mile, Marathon, Half Marathon, and 15K

Moab, Utah

If you are looking for a race to train for this fall, I plan to run either the half marathon or marathon in the CanyonLands Ultra.

How awesome would it be to get a group of us together to do hard things. If there is enough interest, we can look into creating a separate chat to have discussions around prepping for race, training, race nutrition, mental game, and all the things. Along with a meetup or house rental.

Who knew a fractured pelvis would become the catalyst to my life’s purpose. To serve you on your journey in overcoming battles with food and fitness to achieve results beyond your wildest dreams, and in half the time it took me.

I’ve been in the nutrition and fitness space for over 10 years now, I’ve helped so many women find peace with their bodies, food, and how they train to support the body and lifestyle they want. I am a certified Nutrition Coach. I’ve been coached and mentored by the creator of Hybrid Training. The most important part, I’ve walked in your shoes.

I’ve gone through a massive transition from the beginning days of under eating and logging all the miles, hormone shifts out of my control, autoimmune flare ups to building a STRONG body and STRONG finish I’m proud of daily.
